UNREGISTERED VERSION

REGISTERED VERSION

Each computer that uses the software requires its own individual license.

You may access the registered version of the program through a network, provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the software covering all workstations that will access the software through the network.

The license is strictly not transferable or distributable.

UNLIMITED SITE LICENSE

If you have purchased an unlimited site license for your company or institution, you are allowed to install the software and its license file on all the computers belonging to the registered site of your company or institution.

You are not allowed to install or distribute the license file to any of your staff for use on their personal computers. The license is strictly not transferable or distributable.

DISTRIBUTION

For distribution, provided that you verify that you are distributing the latest unregistered version (downloaded from the company's homepage) you are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the unregistered version of this software and documentation as you wish; give exact copies of the original unregistered version to anyone; and distribute the unregistered version of the software and documentation in its unmodified form via electronic means.
